British Sugar adopts a broad view of total reward: pay; benefits; learning and development; and organisational culture. It's new total reward approach was developed against backdrop of large-scale organisational change and the imminent removal of EU sugar quotas. The reward team’s current focus is on showing the rest of the business how it can help improve efficiency and cut costs.
