Cloud-based bonus management at CNH Industrial

Newly-merged global manufacturer, CNH Industrial, introduced a cloud-based compensation solution to help its HR business partners around the world manage short-term incentive payments in spring 2015 and is now looking to use the tool in broader reward planning, including the company’s annual pay review cycle. Over the course of 12 months, CNH Industrial has moved from a reliance on Excel spreadsheets to manage a crucial element of its compensation, bonuses, to a position where its HR people around the world can manage new bonus arrangements in real-time using a tailor-made technology solution provided by a third party, beqom.
