Over the course of 12 months, CNH Industrial has moved from a reliance on Excel spreadsheets to manage a crucial element of its compensation, bonuses, to a position where its HR people around the world can manage new bonus arrangements in real-time using a tailor-made technology solution provided by a third party, beqom.
