This is a cost-effective way to train and certify total rewards professionals with WorldatWork's GRP courses, delivered in three intensive study weeks in London. GRP is recognised worldwide as the gold standard certification in this field.
The qualification consists of nine courses taught over three weeks – three courses each week – in Alan’s proven and highly-efficient format.

The total cost for the full 2026/27 GRP programme, which includes nine courses hosted in central London and accompanying online exams, is just £6,975 + VAT.
Individual courses are not available through the Total Rewards Academy; participation requires commitment to the complete three-week programme.
Participants are in control: if you are unable to travel to London for one of our classroom study weeks, you can attend identical online streams (delivered on two alternative time zones).

Every one of the nine GRP courses includes a computer-based exam featuring 80 multiple choice questions, and you need at least a 75% score to pass.

Monday-Thursday: 9am-4pm; Friday: 9am-1pm (approx. end time).
Participants can move between the London classroom courses and identical online streams (two alternative time zones) to fit their schedule or work flexibly between both options.
Each online training week is split into two sessions: one x two-day and one x three-day event – this reduces stress and is very popular with participants

Alan is the lead faculty member for the Total Rewards Academy® and is WorldatWork’s most experienced course tutor in Europe.
Formerly a Senior HR Consulting Partner with both KPMG and PwC, he became Global Head of Reward and Performance Management at Accenture, until moving forward to establish, in 2009, the Reward Practice (www.therewardpractice.com) with colleagues in London, Zurich, Luxembourg, Dublin, and throughout the United States.
He has worked with many international companies and has specific rewards experience in banking, retail, brewing, manufacturing, communications and technology companies. In the public sector, he has worked extensively in healthcare, education as well as with the police, prison service and judiciary.
Alan is a WorldatWork Faculty Member, past International Board Member, and a regular conference speaker.
