TUC unveils new work-life web site

The Trades Union Congress has launched a new online resource to help management and unions work together in partnership to develop work-life initiatives.

This free web site offers users:

• a tried and tested eight-stage process for achieving agreement on work-life balance and reorganisation of work
  

• case studies showing how working in partnership can achieve positive flexibility
  
• an array of options for organising working hours more flexibly.
