Thomson Holidays launches scratch and win incentive for sales staff

Thomson Holidays, one of the country’s leading travel agents, has introduced a bespoke incentive scheme for sales staff.

The scheme, designed by Michael C Fina, will give top sales staff the opportunity to win Thomson holiday discounts with an online scratch-card game each time they successfully sell a reservation for the chosen promotional holiday.

How it works

A “rapid confirmation code” will be sent to the Thomson employee on making a sale, which will grant them access to a dedicated intranet site where they can play the scratch-card game to be in with a chance of winning an incentive reward.

Thomson sets a daily budget for the amount of holiday discounts that could be rewarded and the odds of scratching off a winning square are adapted throughout the day to ensure that the programme does not go over budget.
