Survey of clerical and secretarial pay

There are 3.4 million administrative and secretarial staff in the UK – representing almost one in eight of all employees. A new study by Incomes Data Services looks at the wide variety of approaches that are taken to clerical and secretarial pay, and provides an overview of recent pay settlements for this group of staff.
