Stagecoach extends benefits programme to all 24,000 bus staff
Transport operator Stagecoach has extended its contract with the Personal Group to offer a new benefits programme to all employees in its UK bus division.
The new contract, which runs for three years, is an extension to the existing relationship between Stagecoach and Personal Group and will be on offer to an additional 4,000 employees compared with the previous programme. In total, it will now be available to all 24,000 of Stagecoach’s bus division employees across the UK.

Stagecoach employees will receive access to a bespoke online portal, as well as a benefit book, offering thousands of retail discounts across numerous well-known high street shops. Through the new package, staff will also benefit from an employee assistance programme, which provides support to promote the wellbeing of staff, providing specialist guidance and assistance on a range of personal and work-related issues.
Personal Group will roll out the programme to all 24,000 employees through the Group’s established method of face-to-face meetings.
