A new salary survey by Employee Benefits magazine shows that mean annual salaries for reward managers now stand at £48,611, while for reward analysts the figure is £34,681.

Survey details: Employee Benefits surveyed 466 people responsible for managing compensation and benefits in their own organisations. The majority (80%) of respondents were from the private sector, 17% from the public sector, and 3% the voluntary sector.
