Salaries for compensation and benefits managers continue to outstrip other HR disciplines

Compensation and benefits managers could expect to earn £6,000 a year more than an HR/personnel manager, according to results from a new survey sponsored by Personnel Today and Salary Survey Publications.

Basic annual salaries for compensation and benefits managers are £44,837 at the median, compared with a figure of £38,897 for personnel managers.

The number of advertised jobs for compensation and benefits managers fell by 9.7% in the last 12 months.
