PES launches new online flexible benefit solution for SMEs
PES has unveiled a new “out of the box” flexible benefit solution giving smaller organisations the ability to offer their employees a range of benefits at a fixed per-head cost.
Hosted and accessed online, this new product is aimed at small to medium organisations in the UK that want to offer a competitive reward and benefit package to their employees, but have found the cost and resource traditionally required to implement a bespoke flexible benefit scheme prohibitive.
A fixed per-head cost encompasses the set up of the scheme, technology, communication and on-going support.
