New version of online employee benefit solution unveiled

Partridge Muir & Warren Benefit Consultants has launched a new version of its employee benefit administration platform, Select Benefits.

Key features of Select Benefits:

  • The latest version includes a "workflow capability" that gives each employee benefit its own, separate, automated administration process. This new feature allows each benefit to have a defined process associated with it. Each process defines the workflow for both employees and company administrators when, for example, applying for a benefit.
  • Employees are tracked automatically throughout the enrolment process and subsequent benefit life cycle, reducing time spent on manual administration and reducing the risk of errors.
  • Administration actions can include on-screen messages, automated emails, paper or electronic forms and XML messaging to third party systems.

PMW reckons that employers offering comprehensive staff benefits - including flexible or partially flexible arrangements - will realise significant efficiency improvements freeing up scarce HR resources to focus on strategic objectives.
