REWARD STRATEGY

New guide to devising a reward strategy

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development has developed a new "practical tool" to help your organisation devise a reward strategy.

The 31-page document includes a "process framework" for reviewing, developing and delivering a reward strategy. It describes:

  • what a reward strategy is and why organisations have them
  • the characteristics and components of successful reward strategies
  • the four stages you need to follow to develop your own reward strategy.

The CIPD's new tools area was launched as part of the Institute's new-look web site unveiled early in 2004.
