PAY DISCRIMINATION

New equal pay software launched by e-reward.co.uk

A new toolkit developed by e-reward.co.uk provides employers with practical advice on how to identify and eliminate sex discrimination in pay systems and comply with the equal pay law.

Building on recommendations from the Equal Opportunities Commission for achieving pay practices free of discrimination, the software, called E-review, aims to:

  • help employers conduct a statistical comparison of men's and women's pay using data found in HR and payroll systems
  • pinpoint potential equal pay problems
  • enable causes of pay inequality to be examined and addressed.

Detailed guidelines
