How to assess if you are an employer of choice

The term "employer of choice" gets bandied about, but what does it really mean? Workforce Online gives you a 25-factor test developed by San Francisco State professor John Sullivan to determine if you are an employer of choice.

It's easy to say that you have become an employer of choice. In reality, though, it's a difficult - albeit measurable - status to obtain. Sullivan offers some ways to assess how far you have come in the employer-of-choice sweepstakes.
