Doosan Power Systems launches online total reward statements

Doosan Power Systems will be launching online total reward statements to 1,800 of its permanent UK employees in September.

Working with online employee benefit experts Benefex, the new statements will replace paper statements which the company has issued since 2005. They will be hosted and accessed online via Benefex’s RewardHub technology portal.

“Moving the statements online will streamline the data processes and admin involved for our internal teams. Online statements will also enable us to gain greater insight into employee engagement, as we will have access to comprehensive management information. In addition, the move will continue to support our strategy of moving towards a more holistic view of reward as employees will now have access to real-time accurate data throughout the year”. - Nicky McArthur, HR Manager – Reward, Doosan Power Systems.
