Rewarding performance with vouchers is making a comeback, according to a report in a recent issue of Personnel Today.

Experiences and products as diverse as balloon flights, health treatment and electrical goods can all be acquired with vouchers, and increasingly feature as part of corporate incentives schemes and recognition programmes.
