Trevor Boulding, CAT's HR director, said: “We initially launched Current Reward Statements online and are now embarking on our first flexible benefits launch. We have worked very closely with our advisors PIFC Consulting and Staffcare to develop an attractive flexible benefits package for our staff to access online easily and conveniently and make choices for their respective lifestyles. The introduction of flexible benefits fits with our philosophy that people are at the heart of our business and it now forms an important part of our reward and benefits offering”.

Elliott Webster, head of flexible benefits at PIFC Consulting, commented: “With the change in business ownership and amendments to the employee benefits package, the launch of flexible benefits will provide a renewed focus on reward and benefits with the employees and we are anticipating a successful launch based on client feedback so far”.
