Total reward statements: part 2 - Toolkit and supplier directory

Drawing on the views of 12 leading organisations specialising in the provision of total reward statements, as well as in-house research carried out by e-reward, we examine why interest in total reward statements has increased markedly in recent years and enumerate the advantages and disadvantages of introducing a TRS.

The report then takes you through the seven key steps that you should follow to plan and implement a total reward statement, highlighting criteria for success. Our report also includes a directory of organisations offering services in this field, complete with sample total reward statements.
