European Banking Authority consults on disclosure

The European Banking Authority (EBA) is consulting on draft guidelines covering how confidential information should be disclosed in summary or collective form in order to protect the identity of individual institutions or entities. The draft guidelines introduce three principles that should be considered when disclosing such information; including the rule that confidential information should relate to a minimum of three institutions or entities in order to protect anonymity.
